Hack WordPress well known under the domain hackwordpress.com changed the domain to wphacks.com
Some of you might know why this happended…yes you're right…having WordPress in your domain is Trademark Infrigement. And they say their having a better name now.

Seriously? That's sort of dumb… But hackwordpress still redirects to it, which is good.

Not really that dumb, they are just protecting their trademark which every business should do. Keep in mind that if Automattic really wanted to, they could of really pushed Kyle to change his domain through legal means but they didn't do that. So kudos to both sides for coming to terms.

Of course, if you really wanted to you could make something like http://www.wordpresssucks.coml or http://www.eatmybuttwordpress.com as that would fall under the fair use provision… but if you would… why be here? Haha.
